Echo Memory is run by a small team, so there is no ticket queue to get lost in and no tier one to get past. Everything below arrives in the same inbox.
Expect a reply within two working days. If something is broken and you are on a paid plan, say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.
What to write about where
- Billing, invoices, cancelling. Email us. Cancelling does not need a conversation and can be done from the dashboard, but if something looks wrong on an invoice we would rather hear it than have you dispute it.
- Something is broken. Email us with what you ran and what happened. If it is the hosted service, the time it happened is enough for us to find it in the logs.
- A bug in the open source project. Open an issue on GitHub, where other people can see it and the fix.
- A security problem. Do not open a public issue. The security page says how to report it privately and what happens next.
